With 3.5 years of experience, I started working as a Registered Nurse on a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit at a level one trauma hospital called IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. I then started travel nursing to learn more about different cultures, and get exposed to different specialities, units, and hospitals. I have worked at three hospitals during my travels thus far. I started off at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC working on a Surgical Progressive care Unit. I then traveled to Brigham & Women’s Faulkner Hospital in Boston, MA working on a general medical/surgical unit. I am currently at Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ working on a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit. Throughout my career, I have maintained excellent patient care and have been nominated for multiple daisy awards, and have gotten many peer, patient, and family praises.
I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their lives and backgrounds. I am great at building relationships with new staff as well as bond with patients and make them feel comfortable.

I am looking for flexibility with a work from home position that will be more suitable for my future goals and life plans. I would like to be home with my family more and spend more time with them. I am excellent at using a computer and work extremely efficiently working on my own, however still having a team to work for.

I am drawn to the position of remote nursing jobs because I am interested in the flexibility of working from home. My degree is Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, so I am knowledgeable about the medical industry, and have years of experience of being able to adapt to new hospitals with all new providers, policies, procedures, and specialties.

Bedside nursing is challenging in many ways. It's physically demanding nature, high emotional stress from dealing with patients' suffering and critical situations, high patient-to-nurse ratios, complex medical decision-making, and the need to constantly adapt to changing patient needs are only a few of the challenging experiences. Being a Travel Registered Nurse also comes with its own challenges. You have to learn all new policies, procedures, meet all new interdisciplinary members and healthcare providers, be adaptable to float to new floors that you have never been to, and much more. Leaving my family behind is the hardest part of the job however, which is why I seek a more suitable lifestyle at home.
