What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
In my experience as a medical intern, the most crucial challenge was managing long hours while handling emergency medical situations. Balancing work and personal life was difficult, especially during shifts exceeding 24 hours every 3 to 4 days. Such long hours increased the risk of mistakes, posing a potential hazard to patients, particularly in life-and-death situations.
