What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my role at Brain Child Learning was managing both training and center operations simultaneously. As a Master Trainer cum Center Incharge, I had to ensure high-quality training delivery while also handling administrative responsibilities, team coordination, and customer interactions. Balancing these multiple roles required strong time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Despite the challenges, this experience strengthened my ability to multitask, lead teams effectively, and improve overall training efficiency.
