One of the most challenging experiences in my career was leading the design and implementation of a large-scale wellness initiative at Fox News & NBCUniversal, where I managed programs for over 4,700 employees across a diverse workforce. The challenge was balancing the needs of various departments, each with unique wellness goals, while ensuring program accessibility and engagement across different work environments, including remote and hybrid teams.

This required not only tailoring initiatives to address diverse needs but also aligning them with the organization’s overarching goals. I needed to foster collaboration between stakeholders, navigate logistical and budget constraints, and adapt to rapidly changing organizational priorities.

Through proactive communication, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving, I successfully implemented programs that increased engagement and satisfaction while demonstrating measurable impacts on employee well-being.
