About candidate

About you
I have extensive experience in the field of diabetes education, having worked in this field for the past 2 years. During this time, I have developed a strong understanding of diabetes self-management, nutrition, and exercise. I have also become well versed in the different types of insulin and medications used to treat diabetes, and I am well-versed in the most up-to-date guidelines for diabetes management.
What are you looking for in a new role?
Provide support and care for diabetic patients.Meet the challengez of the demanding care needed for them . Create a hassle free environment so that people can feel free to clear all their doubts regarding this disorders.I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to be a successful Diabetes Educator.
What you are interested in working with us?
Many type 2 diabetes mellitus patients have difficulties reaching optimal blood glucose control. With patients treated in primary care by nurses, nurse communication plays a pivotal role in supporting patient health. The twofold aim of the present review is to categorize common barriers to nurse-patient communication and to review potentially effective communication methods. Important communication barriers are lack of skills and self-efficacy, possibly because nurses work in a context where they have to perform biomedical examinations and then perform patient-centered counseling from a biopsychosocial approach. Training in patient-centered counseling does not seem helpful in overcoming this paradox. Rather, patient-centeredness should be regarded as a basic condition for counseling, whereby nurses and patients seek to cooperate and share responsibility based on trust. So, working with you will remove the barrier between the me and my patients so that they would feel free to consult us and clear their doubts regarding diabetes.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The most challenging experience for me was reversing their diet and lifestyle pattern to make their glucose levels normal. The most difficult part was to convert the diet of the adolescent who do not want to give up their sweet options. I made them Change their lifestyles by giving them alternative and substitute of their sweet cravings.
