Part time Professional Development trainer

I have more than one and half years experience in school administration and training teachers. I am certified trainer for Cambridge certificate for teaching and learning and have successfully completed 3 batches of 20 teachers with more than 95% results. Currently I am pursuing my certification for program leader for the Cambridge diploma program. I am a vibrant trainer interested in moulding new age teachers into the modern methods of teaching. I am well adapted in using technology and AI tools in teaching practices which I ensure that the teacher candidates learn to engage and motivate learners

Part time remote role for training in schools or teachers across the world

Working with teachers from varied cities and diverse background was challenging as their needs were different. In my previous batch of CICTL, I had teachers who were from the prominent city background and also from the less developed background also. Balancing the needs became challenging, however, designing my course to cater both segment helped me overcome this challenge.
