About you
My Name is Ansuman Neogy and I am around 42 + years old. My family consists of my parents. I have been working for around 17+ years in various domains in client servicing but have transitioned myself into the Loyalty Domain for over the last 4 years. My interests include reading, visiting new places, carrying out conversations with like minded individuals.
What are you looking for in a new role?
To launch the loyalty program after understanding the mechanism of the client and what the client expects to derive out of the Loyalty program or manage the existing loyalty platform and make it more effective and revenue enhancer for the agency.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am presently managing the B2B loyalty program for 2 countries for one of the biggest IT giants in PC and print in India by remote. The growth prospects are ideally less in the program as the client's appetite to spend is less. Newer shores i.e. your company would help me to understand a different industry and how I can run the loyalty program for the client interests me.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
194R by Government of India took away major of my clients last 2 years back. To mitigate the loss we had to change our whole strategy and keep the same clients happy was one of the biggest challenges for me.

Dear Concern,

My name is Ansuman Neogy and I am a Bengali by birth but a Delhite by choice as my professional and personnel qualifications have revolved around Delh-NCR. I have worked in various industries starting from telecom, airports, real estate and others but found my true calling in the loyalty industry where in we make the participant/user/customer/client understand how does spending of 1-2% of their marketing revenues helps them to retain their business and help it grow manifold.

Loyalty is part of niche marketing but if its brought into the mainstream helps companies having an edge over their competitors. I bring to the table my professional acumen on how the participant behaves and what parameters lets the participant tick their boxes to keep the program run efficiently.  I presently run the B2B loyalty program for an IT major whose loyalty program presently runs in more than 30 countries over the globe and there are different parameters by which the client works. I am interested to move into a separate domain where in I can bring my professional expertise to run the loyalty business for the client.
